Ari Schwartz, Registered Clinical Social Work Intern
Hi, I’m Ari. I believe therapy works best as a partnership where you can just be yourself. I’m a real person, just like you, and I believe real progress happens when you find the right match in a therapist. Maybe you’re at a point where you’re just getting by, or maybe you’re thriving in some areas but feel stuck in others. Either way, my goal is to create a safe space where we can stay focused on what matters most to you.
My approach is eclectic and person-centered, meaning I adapt my tools to fit your specific needs. Whether we’re untangling relationship patterns, breaking family cycles, or learning to change your relationship with anxiety so it stops calling the shots, I’ve got you.
I specialize in working with adults and young adults dealing with Relationship Issues, Anxiety, Social Anxiety, Depression, Stress/Burnout, PTSD, and OCD. At the heart of my work is building a space where we can explore where these issues come from, make sense of how you learned to protect yourself in the past, and unlearn the coping strategies that no longer serve you.
Since so much of our well-being is tied to how we show up with the people in our lives—from partners and family members to friends—I focus on attachment styles, family systems, navigating unspoken tension, conflict patterns, communication, and boundary setting to help you build more authentic, grounded connections. I’m passionate about helping men build emotional language—and working with women who carry the heavy emotional lift in their relationships.
I offer a neuro-affirming space where you don't have to mask or adjust who you are to fit into a mold, and I welcome clients of all backgrounds, gender identities, and expressions. I come from a multicultural background and value the unique perspective that brings to my work, providing inclusive care for the Latinx/Hispanic and LGBTQIA+ communities.
You don’t have to do this alone; let’s work together to make some real ground. I am available for in-person sessions at our Titusville office on Park Ave, as well as virtually throughout Florida.
