Vanessa obtained her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at Capella University and is currently working toward licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist. Vanessa uses an eclectic approach to therapy, incorporating mindfulness techniques to help clients identify and use their passions to learn and apply new skills for well-being.
