Alyssa earned her Master’s in Social Work from the University of South Dakota. She is committed to helping children, adolescents, and families overcome life's challenges. In sessions, she employs a client-centered approach, utilizing a range of evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral strategies and trauma-informed care. With specialized experience in trauma, women's issues, and LGBTQ+ concerns, she aims to create a safe and affirming environment for her clients. Through her compassionate style, Alyssa empowers individuals to enhance their self-understanding, regulate emotions, and build resilience.

Jessica Lewis, Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Jessica believes therapy can be helpful for anyone and that genuine connection is one of the most powerful agents of change. Ari earned his Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Kentucky. Ari works with a diverse range of clients experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, codependency, and relationship challenges. Ari is passionate about decreasing the stigma around therapy and expanding mental health services to everyone, particularly men, Latinx, and LGBTQIA+ people. Everyone deserves a chance to improve their well-being. Ari provides services in a safe, judgment-free environment, available online in English and Spanish.
Rebekkah Schwartz, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, EMDR Trained (online)
Rebekkah works with adolescents and adults who are experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, eating disorders, OCD, and specific phobias. Her goal is to provide a safe space for healing to occur. By providing a space for individuals to explore their feelings, Rebekkah helps clients find balance and grounding in their lives.
