2. SMS/TEXT MESSAGING TERMS

The Practice offers a text messaging program for appointment reminders, office notifications, and clinical follow-ups.

  • Consent: By providing your mobile phone number and opting in via our website forms or intake paperwork, you give express consent to Dandelion Therapy Group to send you SMS/MMS text messages. Providing consent is not a condition of receiving treatment.

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule and interactions with the Practice.

  • Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you one final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.

  • Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact us at ttridle@dandelionbehavioral.com.

  • Rates & Liability: Standard message and data rates may apply from your carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

This website and its materials are provided "as is." The Practice makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

The Practice shall not be held liable for any adverse consequences resulting from the use of this website, misinterpretation of information, or the failure of SMS message delivery.
