Prior to entering private practice, Cortney served as a Multisystemic Therapy (MST) therapist, working directly with families to rebuild communication, manage severe behavioral challenges, and foster lasting systemic change. Additionally, she provides invaluable support as a hospice Master of Social Work (MSW), guiding individuals and their loved ones through grief, loss, and profound life adjustments.
