Common Questions About Our Team and Clinical Standards
-
At Dandelion Therapy Group, clinical leadership is about more than just management; it’s about quality control for your care. Our leadership team consists of experienced, Florida-licensed supervisors who oversee the practice's clinical standards. This means your therapist has a built-in "think tank" of experts to consult with on complex cases. This collaborative, led environment ensures that the care you receive—whether online or in-person—is consistent, professional, and held to the highest ethical standards.
-
We are incredibly selective, choosing only Florida-licensed professionals (LCSWs, LMHCs, LMFTs) and registered interns who share our passion for trauma-informed care. Beyond initial vetting, our leadership team ensures every clinician participates in ongoing clinical consultation and advanced training. By prioritizing continuous education in modern methods like EMDR, CBT, and the Gottman Method, we ensure our team is always equipped with the most effective tools to help you solve your specific problems.
-
Choosing a group practice led by an experienced team offers a level of stability and "collective wisdom" that solo providers often lack. At Dandelion Therapy Group, we have a diverse clinical team in Florida with a wide range of specialties. If your needs change or you require a different therapeutic approach, our leadership can help facilitate a seamless transition within the same practice. You aren't just getting one therapist; you are getting a dedicated network of professionals committed to your long-term growth.
