We will collect and use personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law. We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.
SMS/TEXT MESSAGING COMPLIANCE & PRIVACY
Dandelion Therapy Group is committed to protecting your privacy in all forms of communication.
Consent and Use: By providing your phone number to Dandelion Therapy Group and opting in via our consent forms, you consent to receive SMS text messages from us regarding your appointments, service updates, and clinical inquiries.
No Sharing of Information: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or contact our office.

CLIENT RECORD RETENTION
We are dedicated to protecting the confidentiality of your personal and health information. We adhere to all federal privacy laws (HIPAA) and the specific record retention laws mandated by the State of Florida (Florida Administrative Code, Rule 64B4-9.001 and Florida Statute ยง 456.057).
Record Retention Schedule:
For Adult Clients: We maintain clinical records for a minimum of seven (7) years after the date of our last contact.
For Minor Clients: We maintain records for seven (7) years from the date of last service, or until the client reaches the age of 25, whichever period is longer.
